Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing theturquoisecowgirl101@gmail.com with a clear photo of the damage and your order number. If the item is eligible for replacement or refund, we will reach out to you immediately.

Change of Mind

All sales are final. I work hard to upload accurate pictures and descriptions, please carefully read and examine any and all pictures! If you have any questions prior to purchasing, I would be happy to answer those!
